Infinity Insurance Agency, Inc. (IIA) was proud to support Tucson Values Teachers (TVT) at the Stand Up 4 Teachers event November 6, 2025. The inspiring annual celebration was just one of several events IIA attended in 2025 to support the distribution of high-quality education in our communities.
Stand Up 4 Teachers celebrates education champions across Southern Arizona and hosted an awards ceremony honoring preK-12 teachers who go above and beyond to inspire excellence in our schools and community.
Our team enjoyed the event stacked with an exciting program that included networking with local teachers and businesses, live musical performances, and the inspiring Raytheon in Education Leaders Awards where exceptional teachers of Pima County were honored for their demonstration of leadership, innovation, and impact on their students and communities.
The event also featured a silent auction and provided attendees an opportunity to donate critical funds to support teacher programs pioneered by TVT throughout the year. The organization hosts events that spotlight the need to support and retain quality teachers in Arizona, making a meaningful difference for educators and the lives they impact daily.
TVT implements a “teachers-first” approach that values how important teachers are in inspiring the achievement and educational success of students. The organization was founded to address Arizona’s teacher shortage and high turnover rates, with 42% of teachers hired leaving the field in three years or less, according to the Morrison Institute for Public Policy.
TVT partners with local businesses, leaders, and foundations to help its cause through actions such as providing classroom supplies, professional development scholarships, recognition of educators, and community engagement events.
